Professional Interface Design
Many FileMaker databases begin as internal projects with staff designing the first phases of the system. Psychotherapist Directory and Member Login
The project was initially considered in mySQL and PHP but since they had built their original database in FileMaker we decided to expand the current database and build two WebApps. The first WebApp was a sophisticated Locator form that allows you to select the type of therapist, type of therapy, location, and even insurances they accept. The search results includes all types of data along with pictures. The second Webapp allowed the members to login, update their profile, create their own personal web page, and conduct their annual membership renewal via Paypal.
Music Festival Ticketing and Patron Management
This was for a prestigous music festival here in the bay area who reviewed many existing solutions out there but decided they wanted to build their own system to accomodate their workflow. The system required all the sophistication of web systems but running in FileMaker Pro Server 10. The databases also track Patrons and Gift management to help provide VIP treatment to their concert attendees.
Course Management System
This was for a large private university here in the south bay to help manage yearly course submssions. Project required multiple relational Databases, CDML, FMPro Scripting, Javascript, e-mail routing, and a custom HTML web user interface.
Career Services
This site allows for employers to easily add internships, job opportunities along with resources for use by students as well as alumi. The site consists of 7 Databases that handle registration, jobs, internships, alumni, resources, announcements, and employers all relational so they can share data. The customer noted that this site cut their day to day handling of inquiries by about 60%.
Architecture Projects Database
These databases are published over the company's intranet to integrate all consultant and internal information in one place. The site runs on 3 separate databases but have a single view via a web browser.
Inventory Database Management System
Developed a complete inventory and forecasting system to assist a company with their growing needs including providing web access for its dealers.
Law Office Clients Database
Complete Law Office database system with integrated email database linked to Clients and Cases to give them a dashboard view of their workflow. Timesheet application built as well to track time spent on cases.
Medical Billing
Developing sophisticated Medical Billing, Front Office, and Exam Room integrated database with billing schedules for the most popular insurance plans to help improve billing and reduce errors.
Technical Recruitment
Helped an Bay Area firm with moving their complex recruitment solution from FileMaker 5 to FileMaker 8
and converting their online forms to PHP.
